Rick Perry Declares Slavery Legal In Texas Alcohol Illegal


"The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people"

Rick Perry's Sovereign Texas Under the 10th Amendment Excludes the following Amendments that protect Texans from Texas Oppression
List of powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution
Amendment XIII Slavery (Was a legal trade in Texas)
Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction.
Amendment XIV Marshall Law and Discrimination (any form including the physically impaired)
Sec.1 No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.
Sec. 3 Bashing the President of the United States During a Time of Crisis (Caused by Texas Oppression Over the Last 8 Years)
Rick Perry...a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof.
Amendment XV Racism
Sec. 1 The right of citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of race, color, or previous condition of servitude
Amendment XVI Collect and Distribute Funds Fairly (without discrimination)
The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes on incomes, from whatever source derived, without apportionment among the several States, and without regard to any census or enumeration.
Amendment XIX Women's Right To Vote
The right of citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of sex. Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation.
Amendment XXI Sale and Distribution of Alcohol Illegal
Sec 1. The eighteenth article of amendment to the Constitution of the United States is hereby repealed.
Amendment XXVI The Rights Of Adults to Vote (18 years of age)
Sec 1. The right of citizens of the United States, who are eighteen years of age or older, to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of age.

Governor you are alienating your own people. If you want my support stop bashing the president, lay out the facts, and end disability discrimination in Texas.
